1. Introduction

Welcome to CredizZ. These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of our financing simulation platform at www.credizz.com.

By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
• You accept these Terms and our privacy policy
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date

3. The service and the ecosystem

CredizZ connects the people involved in a financing file:

• Wealth managers and estate agents ("Introducers"): Use the platform to offer simulations to their clients and follow file progress.
• Credit brokers ("Partners"): Receive qualified files, work them and negotiate with banks.
• End clients: Open shared simulations and send their documents securely.

4. Status and duties of introducers

If you use the platform as a business introducer:

• Independence: You act as an independent professional. There is no employment relationship between you and CredizZ.
• Commissions: You are paid a referral commission. Payment is triggered only after the file is successfully completed and paid by the end client.
• Limits: You agree not to carry out brokerage acts (direct rate negotiation) unless you hold the required French IOBSP authorisation.

5. User accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Any action taken from your account is treated as yours.

• Tell us immediately if you suspect an intrusion

6. Acceptable use and fraud

We have a zero-tolerance policy on fraud. You must not:

• Upload forged documents.
• Digitally alter tax notices or bank statements.
• Impersonate someone else.

Sanctions

Sanctions: If a falsified document is detected, the account is suspended immediately and, where required, reported to the competent authorities (including Tracfin).

7. Intellectual property

CredizZ technology, including the simulation logic and the interface, is our exclusive property. You keep ownership of the client data you enter, which we host on your behalf.

Your privacy matters to us. How we collect and use personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Service availability

We work to keep the service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may run scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if:

• You breach these Terms
• You do not pay fees that are due
• We stop providing the service

12. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Simulations are for information only. They are not professional financial advice and they are not a contractual loan offer.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CredizZ is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. Material changes are sent by email or shown in the platform. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new Terms.
